Box was missing items

This was bought as a gift for xmas - the box was missing 2 items and lush customer support have not bothered to get back to me. Disappointed as have always loved lush.

Really disappointed

I bought a similar Christmas product to this. On Christmas Eve I had to go out and replace it as it had leaked all over the rest of the products. I complained to Lush about 6 times and they have done nothing about it. There customer service is disgraceful. Won’t be shopping there again. I gave one star as there are no no stars

Everything in here smells gorgeous! Even the box!! It's all really nourishing and gentle on the skin (gorgeous and dream cream are brilliant on my sensitive skin) and it includes 2 pieces of my favourite scent (Sakura)!! I would grab this - as its worth the price and makes you smell divine!!

Great value & good range

This is such a nice gift box with items that suit the theme well. I would give it 5 stars if the bath bomb wasn’t one of the least impressive & lowest rated. Titsy totsy suits the theme, is a little more impressive at the same price as Sakura.
